Keynote Speaking

A gifted speaker Jason says there’s nothing as inspiring as standing before an audience and truly connecting.

Whether speaking on leadership, personal adventures or comical business mishaps, Jason ALWAYS leaves audiences feeling better than when they arrived even if they showed up feeling like rockstars!

I had the privilege of speaking to the Texas Realtor Leadership Program cohort and shared one of my favorite Broker “War Stories.”

Culture, Culture, Culture

If you asked 100 business leaders to define their organization’s culture, they could probably do it. Or at least they’d think so.

However, decades in the trenches with leaders has taught Jason that:

Unless you have 100% employee engagement and a frontline obsession with execution excellence…

Unless your team members are raving fans and walk around telling tribal stories about your organization…

Unless your employees are emotionally attached to your organization’s mission statement…

…you haven’t figured out culture.

Now don’t feel bad. If you think your culture is built because you have a written mission statement and five core values, you’re not alone.

But you are wrong. In fact, you’re way off.

When most business leaders talk about culture, it’s the same-old-same-old: here are our corporate values, here is the HR handbook, and here is our mission statement—blah, blah, blah.

Building and sustaining an authentic culture is not about putting words on paper.

It’s about striking an emotional chord with people’s hearts, creating a rallying point they believe in, and understanding that one hill they’d be willing to die on for the organization.

The result is people obsessed with frontline execution excellence because of their love for the organization. Talk about an unprecedented competitive advantage!
